Bravo LT is pleased to welcome Ross Blumenfeld as our new Employee Experience (EX) Manager.
In this new role, Ross will be integral in engaging with top talent and establishing meaningful relationships with employees. As EX Manager, he will oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee mental health. He will be vital in creating innovative people strategies that will propel Bravo LT forward to empower our employees, clients, and the community to succeed.

He has a proven track record of finding the best and brightest tech talent out there,” said Bill Osborn, Bravo LT’s Director of Technical Recruiting. “He has also been able to engage team members to craft a truly amazing employee experience. I can’t wait to see what Ross brings to the table.”
Ross comes to Bravo LT from Virtasant, serving as their Recruitment Lead. In this role, he partnered with numerous enterprise-level organizations while leading a team responsible for identifying top-level IT talent. He also oversaw employee performance and development initiatives, talent strategy, and internal recruiting.
