Leadership and Teambuilding in Organizations:
Can Boomers, X'ers and Millennials really get along?

Dr. William Donohue, noted Professor of Communication at Michigan State University, and Ed Nausieda, owner of Bravo Learning Technologies, address leadership and teambuilding in our increasingly diverse organizations. One area of diversity includes age, with Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and Millennials working together as teams. We explore the fundamentals of the communication process and help participants understand their own communication skills and biases to enhance their communication competence. We will then extend these skills into teambuilding.
